“I actually like the shower gel powder, but the smell could do with an update. I love the smell of the washing up liquid powder, it would be great if it was possible to give the shower gel powder the same smell! Unfortunately one sachet was damaged so some product leaked out. This is not the first time that I have noticed this after opening the shipping packaging. This allows moisture to penetrate the sachet more quickly and the powder to clump together. As lumps always form when mixing and do not dissolve on their own even after a long time, I now mix the products outside the pump bottles in a measuring cup and crush the lumps with a spoon so that everything can really mix with the water. The pump dispensers often clog up after a certain time because the product dries up at the starting point, which is something that could be worked on. I have never had this with ready-made liquid shower gel.”
